Exam stress relief with therapy dogs
June 12, 2026
To help you unwind during the exam period, we are once again inviting the volunteers of the Élethíd Assistance Dog Foundation and their specially trained four-legged companions to campus. Come and meet them on Wednesday, 17 June, between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. in the square between the Endre Grastyán Theoretical Building and the Northern Park.
Research shows that spending time with dogs can:
- improve memory,
- reduce anxiety and stress,
- promote positive emotions that help the nervous system maintain the optimal level of activation needed for effective learning.
And according to dog lovers, spending a little time with dogs is guaranteed to make any day better.
If the weather cooperates, we will be outside. In the event of rain or a thunderstorm, we will meet in the lobby of the New Building.
